Made from a single piece of Ash timber, finished of with the knots on the edge filled with blue resin. (Not loads of it but it's there).
 
Recessed rubber feet for sturdy working.
 
Glued with titebond 3 food safe glue, soaked in a mineral oil bath and finished off with a rub of mineral oil/beeswax butter to enhance and protect the board from moisture and ambient temperatures.
